Our “Super” Purple Soup facilitators are the key to our success!

They provide serious fun!

They are engaging, caring, compassionate and energetic.
Of course, our team love what they do, they get to make a difference in the lives of some very special families. We endeavour to provide the same staff for each organisation so that they can build on previous connections made with the campers.

Each team member is hand selected, and trained in adventure activity instruction, counselling skills and possess specific knowledge about the medical condition of the children that they work with.

Safety is our first priority. In every activity we deliver we utilise the very best industry accepted fail safe systems and equipment.
For your peace of mind, our staff hold current Working With Children Checks, Blue cards and first aid qualifications. At all times they adhere to our child protection and code of conduct policies.
